Good luck!
New Age or metaphysical shops will often carry them. I have often found them in the oddest places: department stores and furniture stores. Just keep your eyes open for them. They really do turn up in *odd* places.
EDIT–Delfina: Having a Buddha statue or image is not idolatry to a Buddhist.
EDIT– 4Jesus: Your statement about the Buddha and Buddhism is offensive and untrue. No one has ever gone to war in the Buddha’s name, nor has anyone died for the Buddha. Buddhism does not seek martyrs, nor does it encourage or glorify martyrdom. The Buddha’s precepts for even the least devout of lay followers are such that no deliberate harm to another sentient being is brooked. Perhaps you should look to the past of your own religion before you cast stones at ours.
your speaking of two seperate beliefs….Buddha is portrayed both ways. Thin with a type of head covering and Fat and bald and jolly. I like the one that is happy I like rubbin his belly for luck. Try an oriental food store or go online…sometimes even the convinience stores have them
I agree with Delfina. Don’t open your door to evil. Buddha has evil roots. Do some research & find out for yourself.
The only one that can help you is Jesus Christ. He is a prayer away.
You can find them at any China shop over here in Houston Texas we have a place called China town so it is easy to find them.
