i just recently noticed that some buddha statues have swastika’s and wondered how come, and if there has ever been any outrage regarding that or anything?

I have a buddha statue.. what does it symbolize?
What powers does it have?
Is it true that theres like a theory that if a girl touches it she gets pregnant?

my boyfriend really likes the look of the thinner buddha statues as opposed to the jolly chubby ones. can you tell me the names of each and what the differences spiritually. niether of us are sure.

I would like to make a small Buddhist shrine in my bedroom. What kind of things should I put onto it? I was thinking incense, a small buddha statue, and lotus flowers. Anything else?
